Return & Exchange Policy
Each book is carefully inspected for quality by the authors of Hello, Home book before shipping. For that reason, returns are not accepted.

However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and, if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a resolution.
I'm in the middle of PCSing! Is it too late to order?!
Don't worry... we get it. We aim to get our books in the mail as quickly as possible, a we'll ship to friends, family, and even hotels. Or, if you want us to set a delivery date while you get settled or are waiting for your new address, send us a message and we'll accommodate your specific needs!
